Delete your account

You can delete your CashFlowr account at any time. The fastest way is directly in the app, but you can also request deletion here using the form below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the app menu (☰) and choose "Delete account". This queues your account for deletion and signs you out — no email needed.

Option 2 — Request by email

Enter the email address linked to your CashFlowr account. When you submit, your email app opens with a pre-filled deletion request to our team. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted?

• Your profile and account data (email, username, referral code and login details).
• Your balance, transactions, bonuses and reward history.

What we keep, and for how long

Pending or in-review payout requests are kept for a limited period for financial and fraud checks, and to meet legal obligations, after which they are removed. Once your account is deleted, your balance and account cannot be recovered.

How long does it take?

We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. We'll email you a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
